Free training for facilitating a small group or table at an event. Our SHARE training is a Biblical approach to facilitating that is designed to create a loving and accepting atmosphere. Our small groups and events offer a safe place where a relationship with Jesus and his followers can be explored.
s=safe
Every man deserves to have a safe place to share his thoughts and feelings. In scripture we are reminded that there is safety with the Lord.
h=healing
Faithful Warriors small groups and events are designed to provide healing to any brokenness, restore life into the hearts of men, and provide studies that deepen their relationship with Jesus.
a=ask
To facilitate a healthy discussion, Faithful Warriors small group facilitators ASK questions that help guide the conversation and deepen our relationship with Jesus and each other.
r=respect
Every man has his own personality, experiences and circumstances which he brings when he attends our small group or event. He should feel respected and accepted by everyone in the group. We are non-denominational and for this reason do not talk about denominational difference but instead focus on the love of Jesus that binds us together.
e=encourage
Faithful Warriors seek to encourage each other along life’s journey, taking seriously this verse: 1 Thessalonians 5:11
11 Therefore encourage (admonish, exhort) one another and edify (strengthen and build up) one another, just as you are doing.
